Stephen “Steve” B. Crow, 80, Syracuse, Ind., passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025. He was born on August 31, 1945, to Maurice B. and Thelma M. (Price) Crow.
Steve was a lifelong resident of Syracuse, and in 2011, he began spending winters at his home in Ft. Myers, Fla. He married Linda K. Robertson on June 21, 1963, in Syracuse. She passed away on July 24, 2010. Steve devoted over 30 years to his roofing career as the owner of Crow Roofing Company, Syracuse.
A graduate of Syracuse High School in 1963, he was also a member of the Masonic Lodge, Sons of American Legion and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Steve is survived by daughters, Sonya (Jack) Wells of Lucas, Texas, and Stephanie Arnett of Avon, Ind.; son, Chris (Melissa) Crow of Carmi, Ill.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. His brother Charles “Chuck” (Sally) Crow of Noblesville also survives. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; sister, Marsha Ann Fisher; son-in-law, Rick Arnett; and grandson, Michael Arnett.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, January 19, 2026, followed by a Celebration of Life at Titus Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, Ind. A private burial will take place at Syracuse Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to join the gathering planned from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at the Owls Nest, 7369 County Road 800 North, North Webster, Ind.
