Spencer K. “Chip” Fulmer, 70, Travelers Rest, S.C., passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018. He was born on July 11, 1947 to Stanley and Virginia (Lyons) Fulmer in Franklin, Ind.
Chip proudly served his country in the United States Army and graduated from Indiana University. He was Director of Sales for Peach State Roofing.
Chip is survived by his loving wife, Judith L. Fulmer; mother, Virginia A. Fulmer; daughter, Sunny Fulmer; step-daughter, Jennifer Hobson; five grandsons, Bishop, Carter, Patrick, Brody and Graham; and his sister, Diane (Tim) Butler. His father, Stanley, preceded him in death.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Cicero United Methodist Church, 100 E. Jackson St., Cicero, with visitation from 10 a.m. to the time of service. Rev. Byron Fritz will officiate. Burial will be at Cicero Cemetery in Cicero.
The Fulmer family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes of Noblesville with Chip’s care.
