State Sen. Victoria Spartz joined Gov. Eric Holcomb as he ceremonially signed Senate Enrolled Act 2 into law at the Statehouse Wednesday, May 29.

Spartz co-authored SEA 2 with State Sen. Randy Head (R-Logansport) in response to the 2018 school bus accident in Fulton County, where three children tragically lost their lives.
Spartz contributed to SEA 2 by adding some preventative policies. Her amendment requires school boards to approve school bus routes if any road crossings are required.
