The Hamilton Southeastern swim teams swept a dual meet with Avon Tuesday in the Royals’ first contest of the season at their home pool.
The Southeastern girls team won 135-50, taking nine of the 12 events. Audrey Crawford won the 200 freestyle and 100 butterfly, Amelia Vicory was first in the 100 free, Sloane Gardner paced the 500 free and Hannah Justice won diving. The Royals also swept all three relays.
In the boys meet, HSE won 132-44, winning 10 of 12 events. Individual winners were Jack Waren in the individual medley, Matt Truxall in the 50 free, Noah Ebeyer in diving, Thomas Reising in the butterfly, Ryan Harrison in the 100 free, Keegan Streett in the 500 free and Justin Voelker in the breaststroke. The Royals swept all three relays.
Southeastern will swim at Franklin Central on Thursday. The girls meet takes place at 5 p.m., with the boys meet at 7 p.m.
