Southeastern sweeps Noblesville in season-opening dual meet

Hamilton Southeastern swept Noblesville in a Tuesday dual swim meet that was the season opener for both teams.

The Royals won the girls meet 120-63. Southeastern winners were Kendall Dieckman in the individual medley and 500 freestyle, Kiley Zoeller in the 50 and 100 freestyles, Naomi Haines in the backstroke and all three relays. The Millers got victories from Haddie Vohs in the 200 free and butterfly, Eryn McMahon in diving and Exley Tricker in the breaststroke.

Southeastern won the boys meet 114-69. The Royals won 11 of 12 events: Camden Bailey won the 200 and 500 freestyles, Collin Huston was first in the IM and breaststroke, while Derek Robinson won the 50 and 100 freestyles.

Gavin Tucker triumphed in diving, Jihoon Jung was first in butterfly, Jacob Frey won the backstroke and HSE also was first in the medley and 400 free relays. Noblesville won the 200 free relay.
