The Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is celebrating 50 years of conservation. There will be an open house from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1 at the Hamilton County 4-H Fairgrounds OV Winks building, 2003 Pleasant St., Noblesville. Light refreshments will be provided, in addition to free raffle prizes from Conner Prairie, Carmel Road Racing Group, Bier Brewery, Hamilton County Tourism and more.
