The Guerin Catholic softball team rolled to its 20th win of the season on Friday, beating Cardinal Ritter 13-0 in a five-inning home game.
The Class 3A No. 1 Golden Eagles scored eight runs in the first inning. Ana Macha went 4-for-4 at the plate, with Victoria Flores and Izzy Kemp both getting three hits. Flores hit a triple and a double. Lucy Schenk drove in three runs.
Kemp got the win, throwing nine strikeouts in four innings.
Guerin Catholic is 20-1 and plays 4A No. 2 Roncalli this afternoon at Bishop Chatard.

Fishers beat Anderson 15-2 in a five-inning home game on Friday.
The Tigers scored all of their runs in the second inning. Kaylee Kardash hit a three-run home run. Olivia Latimer had two doubles, driving in three runs, while Sophie Schoch and Emily Walsh both got two hits.
Kamara Walker pitched four innings for the win, striking out seven and allowing only one hit.
Fishers finished the regular season 13-10 and plays Westfield Monday in the first round of the Carmel sectional.

Sheridan finished up its regular season with a 14-0, five-inning Hoosier Heartland Conference win at Tri-Central on Friday.
Addyson Ream went 3-for-4 at the plate, driving in three runs. Katy Crail and Jacquellynne Bates both scored three runs, while Allie Delph hit a triple. Delph also pitched a complete game for the win.
The Blackhawks are 10-6 and play Clinton Central Monday in the first round of the Rossville sectional.

Hamilton Heights continued its busy week with three games Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
First, the Huskies fell to Bishop Chatard 10-0 in five innings on Wednesday. Heights was held to one hit, a single by Kelsie Albright.
In a Thursday game, the Huskies beat Pike 10-7. Heights trailed 5-4 after two innings, but took control of the game by scoring four runs in the third inning. Ashlyn Fletcher singled in Kaylee Rhoton to tie the game. Later, Alayna Baber scored Kassidy Schakel with a left field hit, then Isabella Neiling’s center field single scored Fletcher and Kylie Apple.
Lily Roush, Baber and Schakel all had two hits, with Roush and Schakel both cracking a triple. Albright threw a complete game, striking out 13.
The Huskies dropped a 3-2 game at Alexandria on Friday. The Tigers scored all of their runs in the bottom of the first inning.
Heights scored both of its runs in the second inning. Rhoton doubled Hayley Greene home for the first run. Natalie Newman came in to run for Rhoton, and she was scored by Ashlyn Fletcher’s left field hit.
Greene and Fletcher both had two hits, with Greene also hitting a double. Roush pitched a complete game, striking out five.
The Huskies finished the regular season 5-17 and host Delta Tuesday in a sectional first-round game.

Hamilton Southeastern dropped a tough Hoosier Crossroads Conference finale at Franklin Central on Friday, 1-0.
The 4A No. 8 Flashes scored their run in the second inning. The Royals were held to one hit, a seventh-inning single by Ava Aguilar. Sage Ladig pitched a complete game.
Southeastern is 10-13 and hosts 3A No. 2 Yorktown this morning.

Westfield also lost a tough game on Friday, dropping a 7-6 away contest at Frankton.
Both teams scored a run in the first inning; Maggie Roh got the Shamrocks on the board. The Eagles took a 4-1 lead in the second inning, but Westfield cut it to 4-3 in the top of the third when Victoria Pucci hit a two-run single. Reghan Oland and Roh both got home.
Frankton led 6-3 after five innings. The ‘Rocks tied the game in the sixth inning, starting with Brooklyn Carey hitting a sacrifice fly to score Roh, her third run of the day. Brooklyn Carey then hit a single to send Avery Parker and Oland home. But Frankton won the game in the seventh inning on a solo home run.
Westfield finished the regular season 8-16.
