In a Tuesday all-county softball game, Noblesville beat Fishers 14-2 in five innings at the Millers’ field.
Noblesville scored four runs in the first inning and five more in the second inning. Gabby Fowler had three hits, including a double, and batted in four runs. Bella Schatko was 2-for-3 at the plate, a single and a double, driving in three runs. Taylor Thompson hit a home run; her total for the day was three runs scored and two hits. Mack Harvey also hit a home run, and Eric Clark had a double. Delaney Rundle scored three runs and had two hits. Elle Yee went four innings for the pitching win.
Hailey Trueblood had two hits for the Tigers. Kate Murray hit a home run, and Brooke Johnson and Jenna Grubb each hit one double.
The Millers are 2-2 and play this afternoon at Carmel. Fishers is 3-3 and plays Monday at Lawrence North.
