Last Friday, six police officers from Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, and Westfield graduated from the IMPD Leadership Academy. Held over four weeks, the academy is a 160-hour leadership course requiring college-level academic ability. This includes reading and writing assignments, computer exercises, essays, and a thesis at the end of the course. The IMPD Leadership Academy is designed to develop critical skills and management concepts. The six officers include Sgts. Barlow and Theis of Carmel PD (top left), Lt. Kobli of Fishers PD (top right), Sgt. Bruner and Lt. Kehl of Noblesville PD (above left), and Sgt. Dougherty of Westfield PD (above right). Congratulations to these fine public servants on the completion of this challenging course.
