At 7:50 a.m. on Wednesday, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash scene near 146th Street and Arrowwood Drive in Carmel. A single vehicle, a red Ford Mustang, collided with a tree in the center of the median.
Deputies located an entrapped deceased driver, who was identified as Isaiah Harris of Noblesville.
