The second annual Noblesville Lions Club Dodgeball Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, March 16 in the Ivy Tech College gym, 300 N. 17th St, Noblesville. Registration and rules coverage will start at 11 a.m. with competition starting at noon.
There will be two eight-team leagues, one competitive and one recreational. The leagues will be played in a double elimination format with each bracket requiring the best two out of three wins to advance.
The entrance fee is $50 per team in both leagues. The recreational league fees are a performance bond with $50 of the fee being refunded if the team show up and participate.
The competitive league fees are also $50 which will be used as prize money. If a team does not show up and participate their entry fees will be forfeited to the tournament providers. The wining team will receive $250, second place will receive $125 and third place will receive $50.
All entry fees for both leagues are refundable 30 days prior to the event.
Medals will be presented to the first and second place team in both leagues. The first eight teams to sign up in each league will participate.
