The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal accident that happened Monday morning at the intersection of 236th Street and Six Points Road.
The call for the accident was received by dispatch at 8:26 a.m. Monday and involved an SUV and a semi-tractor trailer. The semi was traveling westbound on 236th Street and the SUV was southbound on Six Points Road. The front of the semi hit the driver’s side door of the SUV.
The driver of the SUV, Claude V. Burtron, 76, Sheridan, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Sheriff’s Office Crash Team is handling the investigation and working diligently to determine all factors associated with crash.
