Sheridan Horseshoe League: Phil Kercheval wins O’Reilly Handicapped Tournament

The O’Reilly Handicapped Horseshoe Tournament was held Saturday in Sheridan.
Phil Kercheval of Sheridan won the tournament, finishing with a score of 604. Kercheval led the pack at the end of game one, while Michael Milcoff, the winner of the June tournament, was in second place at 10 points behind the leader. Sheridan league rookie, Austin Burmeister was in third place.
After the second game, Milcoff closed in on the leader, coming within five points. Kyle Wethington of Noblesville moved into third place, trailing by 10.
The standings for the remainder of the five games stay the same.  The top finishers were Phil Kercheval 604, Michael Milcoff 599, and Kyle Wethington 583.

The Sheridan Horseshoe League has started its second round. Three teams are tied for the lead after the first week. Next week two of the league leaders, Price Heating and Deem will battle against each other for the lead.
