Sheridan First Christian Church will soon welcome the community to its annual Noodle Dinner & Cookie Bazaar from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16.
For the first time since the pandemic, this cherished event will return to its original indoor setting, hosted in the church’s recently-refreshed ADA accessible basement at 107 W. Third St., Sheridan. Guests can enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal with both dine-in and take-out options available.
This year’s menu includes hearty servings of chicken and noodles or beef and noodles, green beans, creamy mashed potatoes, freshly baked yeast rolls, and a dessert. This is a freewill offering. The Cookie Bazaar will offer cookies for purchase by the pound, priced at $6 per pound. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted for payment.
In addition to the meal, Sheridan First Christian Church will collect donations of bras, cell phones, eyeglasses, hearing aids, and shoes to support community needs.
Sheridan First Christian Church looks forward to this festive gathering and the chance to bring neighbors together once more in person. All are invited to come for an evening of warm hospitality and support for community efforts.
