Westfield picked up its second consecutive win on Tuesday, beating Western Boone 72-60 at The Rock.
The Shamrocks got off to a great start, leading 22-9 after the first quarter. The other three periods were more even, but Westfield maintained its lead throughout the game.
Braden Smith had an outstanding game, scoring 25 points, including five 3-pointers. Zach Banks nailed three 3s on his way to 17 points, with Caleb Welch adding 17 points, including two 3s. Benji Welch pulled five rebounds and blocked two shots.
Westfield is 11-8 and plays at Franklin Central Friday to finish Hoosier Crossroads Conference play for the season.
