Westfield won its ninth consecutive game on Wednesday, sailing past Bishop Chatard 50-33 at The Rock.
The game was close in the first half, with the Shamrocks leading 13-9 after the first quarter and 22-19 at halftime. But Westfield pulled away in the third quarter, outscoring the Trojans 18-4.
Alyssa Crockett and Gigi Eldredge each scored 14 points, with Eldredge earning a double-double by collecting 11 rebounds. Crockett pulled nine rebounds. Hailey Remaks added seven points; Crockett, Remaks and Jessica Castor all had one 3-pointer for the Shamrocks.
Westfield is 12-3 for the season. The Shamrocks are back home on Friday, hosting Franklin Central in a Hoosier Crossroads Conference game.
