Schwartz has been a Noblesville resident for 40 years and a Hamilton County Councilman for 15 years. Since his first month as a Councilman, Schwartz made the personal commitment to visit and learn from one of the 32 County Departments each month. “We must protect Hamilton County residents through strong public safety. That has been my number one priority since year one of being on the County Council,” said Schwartz.

Schwartz and his wife Lori have owned several businesses in Hamilton County, employing hundreds. For the past 39 years, they have owned and run Schwartz’s Bait and Tackle in Noblesville. Schwartz describes himself as a proponent and driver of economic growth, low taxes and making sound financial decisions for Hamilton County.
