Come to the Carmel Arts & Design District from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14 for Allied Solutions’ Meet Me on Main. Enjoy live music throughout the District, as well as gallery and merchant specials.

Gallery Exhibits

Each month, local galleries and businesses will feature talented artists in an array of media.

• Art on Main: Art on Main’s September feature show will be “symphony of color” featuring paintings by Kim Greene and fine art photography by Freddie Kelvin. In addition, Art on Main artists will be offering new items for fall including glass work, mosaics, several new lines of jewelry and more. (111 W. Main St., Suite 140)
• CCA Gallery: The September Feature Show, brought to you by The Stacy Barry Team, features beautiful hand formed lampwork glass beads created by Cathy Brown and the amazing unique photography of Kristina Jones. All are welcome to the reception during Meet Me on Main that will include demos by the artists, a chance to meet them and enjoy light refreshments. (111 W. Main St., Suite 135)
• Carmel Arts Council: The Carmel Arts Council Artist in the Garden will be stained glass artist Anna Kramer who will be hosting a hands-on workshop for kids. Step inside the gallery for a sneak peek of the Carmel International Arts Festival International Children’s Art Exhibit with our sister cities. (40 W. Main St.)
• Indiana Artisan Gifts & Gallery: Visit the gallery for “The Way of Japanese Fiber Art” and meet Brenda Schori and Neelu Jain. Neelu will make temari balls and Schori will weave and tell about her recent fiber tour of Kyoto. (22 N. Range Line Road)
