Anne of Green Gables, based on the novel by L.M. Montgomery, tells the tale of Anne Shirley, her life on the farm with Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert, and the lives she brightens in the town of Avonlea. This timeless tale tells of imagination, self-acceptance, and the importance of friendship and found family.

The Rising Star production, directed, by Amber Roth, is comprised of young performers aged 18 and under; the technical and creative crew include students of the same age-range, mentored under experienced adult leaders.
