Secretary position open with Cicero/Jackson Township

The Town of Cicero is accepting applications for a part-time (25-29 hours per week) Plan Commission Secretary position. Applicants should possess strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be able to communicate effectively with customers, citizens and contractors, and manage multiple tasks daily. Social media and website management experience is a plus.

Candidate may be required to attend meetings outside the normal 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. office hours as needed. Wage scale will depend on the applicant’s qualifications. The application may be accessed on the town’s website, ciceroin.org, or through the Clerk Treasurer’s office at 150 W. Jackson St.
