As the deadline nears, Noblesville finally has a candidate for school board. Daniel Bill filed his candidacy Friday. He is the only candidate thus far for two seats up for election this year. Filing comes to a close at noon Aug. 24.
Also filing Friday for a seat on the Westfield Washington board is Phillip Havlik who will run for the District 2 seat. He and Thomas Lunsford will compete for the seat.
Earlier in the week, Benjamin Eisbury filed for election in Hamilton Southeastern District 1 where he is thus far unopposed.
