The Indiana Society of Medical Assistants held its annual conference in Edinburgh, Ind., on April 29. Hamilton County Health Department Health Education Specialist Jim Ginder was presented with an honorary membership, and the Society established the James R. Ginder Award in his honor. Subsequent recipients of the award will receive registration to the annual conference to support their continued education and leadership development.
