Santa Claus, Indy HOGs to deliver toys to Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital

This Saturday, Nov. 10, instead of reindeer, Santa Claus will ride with more than 100 motorcyclists from Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis to deliver a trailer of more than 5,000 donated toys to benefit patients at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent, 2001 W. 86th St., Indianapolis. The Indianapolis Harley Owners Group (HOG) has collected nearly 6,000 toys that will be donated to young patients who are being treated at the children’s hospital.

Order of Events

  • 11 a.m. – Prior to the ride, the Indianapolis Harley Owners Group Chapter 1 members and staff from Harley Davidson will host pre-festivities, give remarks and display all of the toys that have been collected.
  • Noon – Special remarks at the Harley Davidson dealership, 12400 Reynolds Drive, Fishers.
  • 12:30 p.m. – The trailer of toys will depart Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis, followed by Santa Claus and the motorcyclists who will make their way to the children’s hospital.
  • 1:45 p.m. – Once Santa Claus and the bikers arrive at the hospital, the toys will be unloaded and sorted.
