Hamilton Southeastern evened up its record Saturday night, as the Royals cruised to a 73-54 win over Marion in a home game that was also their Senior Night.
Southeastern outscored the Giants in each of the four quarters, leading 19-16 after the first period and 32-23 at halftime. The Royals poured in 25 points in the fourth quarter, which is when they held their largest lead of the game at 68-45.
Sam Jacobs scored 24 points for Southeastern, going 4-of-4 from 3-point range. Donovan Hamilton added 14 points. Reph Stevenson and Caleb Smock both scored nine points, with Stevenson collecting eight rebounds. Griffith pulled seven rebounds and Joshua Jones dished out four assists. Eli Robinson had five rebounds.
The Royals are 2-2 for the season and play Friday at North Central.
