Hamilton Southeastern cruised to a home victory on Tuesday, beating Southport 49-38.
The Royals were in control in the first half, leading 11-6 after the first quarter and 27-15 at halftime. Southeastern maintained that margin in the second half, leading 36-24 after three periods.
John McCall scored 14 points for the Royals and also pulled four rebounds. Dalton Retzner excelled on both ends of the ball, adding 10 points, collecting five rebounds and blocking four shots. Alex Totton handed out four assists, pulled four rebounds and also made four steals.
Southeastern improved to 10-7 for the season and will travel to Carmel on Friday for an all-county game.
