Roy Thomas Patterson “RT,” 84, Noblesville, passed away at home on January 30, 2025. Roy was born on August 24, 1940 to Cora and Floyd Patterson in Bloomington, Ind.
A proud resident of Noblesville, he graduated from Noblesville High School in 1960. After graduating he began his career in the auto industry. Roy was a fan of sports, in particular IU basketball and NASCAR. Roy was outgoing, could make anyone laugh, and made many lifelong friends.
He is survived by his sons, Jim and Jeff; and his sister, Phroncia Hill.
He is preceded in death by his father, Floyd; mother, Cora; and sister, Delores.
A celebration of life service will be held at noon on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Calvary Baptist Church, 197 S. 9th St., Noblesville, with a service at 1 p.m.
To The Family of P’Roy I knew Roy for a lot of years, we worked together and partied together a few times. Like his obituary said he could make you laugh. I had not seen him for several months. Sorry for your loss. praying for you.
