Roy Donald Dyson Jr., 78, born in Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at his loving great-niece’s home. He was born on September 5, 1944, to Roy and Mildred Dyson.
Roy retired from Standard Locknut in 2002. He was the loving husband to his late wife, Toni Dyson. Roy enjoyed pulling pranks, telling jokes, and hearing from his friends and family. He enjoyed going on walks and driving around to sight-see. He especially enjoyed going to see and spend time with his godchildren.
He is survived by his sister, Shelia Montgomery, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of over 50 years, Toni Dyson; father, Roy Dyson, Sr.; mother, Mildred Dyson; and brother, Ronald Dyson.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 17, 2023, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
