Ronald Howard, Sr., 76, Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at his home. He was born on November 7, 1943 to Sherman and Jennie (Ward) Howard in Dryden, Va.
Ron proudly served in the United States Army. He worked many years for Chrysler and was owner of Howard & Sons Gutter. Ron loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He had a hard outside but a very soft inside. Ron was a friendly guy and never met a stranger. He enjoyed fishing, especially on his property.
He is survived by his sons, Ronald Howard, Jr. and Trevor Howard; siblings, Joyce Gray, Mike Howard and Carolyn Stafford; grandchildren, Scottie Turner, Natasha Howard, Vance Smith, Ronald Howard III, Lindsay Howard, Jessica Howard, Morgan Howard, Brady Bougher and Blake “Dawg” Howard; and great-grandchildren, Lexi Turner, Jazmyne Johnson, Evie Howard, Kyle Howard, Lilly Collar, Braylen Howard, Damon Toller, Lyric Anderson, Landon Smith, Jackson Howard, Gabriel Howard, Brinley Smith and Elliot Howard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Clara Cooper; and brothers, Johnny Howard, James Howard and Dennis Howard.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 27, 2019 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St. Noblesville, with Pastor Darrell Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
