Dear Editor:
The Hamilton County Republican Party is seeking precinct committeemen to help lead a successful election in November 2024.
Precinct committeemen are the foundation of a strong party. Elections are won not at the national, state, or local level, but instead at the precinct level, one individual precinct at a time.
Precinct committeeman is an elected office just like any other local, county, or state official, and you are responsible for upholding the duties of the job. Those duties include registering voters, turning out the vote on Election Day, recruiting and training volunteers, and electing the leadership of the local Republican Party. These are the fundamentals that win elections and ensure a thriving, prosperous county that we all call home.
If you are interested in running for precinct committeeman, file with the Hamilton County Election Office by Feb. 9.
