Westfield bounced back from a Friday loss with a Saturday win, taking care of Greenfield-Central 64-48 at The Rock.
The Shamrocks got off to a good start, leading 15-7 after the first quarter. Westfield then went ahead 31-19 at halftime, then continued to roll in the third period by scoring 20 points.
Zach Banks scored 24 points and also handed out four assists. Braden Smith hit four 3-pointers on his way to 19 points, while Caleb Welch also nailed four 3s to score 12 points. Smith also had five rebounds and five assists.
Westfield is 8-5 and hosts Fishers Thursday for a Hoosier Crossroads Conference title.
The Tigers beat Franklin Central 67-54 on Saturday to improve to 4-1 in the HCC and 12-5 overall. Stats from the game were unavailable.
