Join Amy Sheller, PharmD, Riverview Health Outpatient Pharmacy manager, to learn how medication therapy management (MTM) can help ensure that you are getting the most out of your prescriptions.
Amy will explain how MTM can help pinpoint possible interactions between medications you are taking, and how the pharmacists at Riverview Health can work directly with your provider to resolve identified issues. If you are on multiple medications and want to make sure your current drug therapy is safe and effective, this seminar is for you.
The event is free but registration is required. A light dinner will be served.
