The White River Clean Up is back. Take part on Saturday, Aug. 26 to pick up trash while canoeing along the White River. Pre-registration and a $15 refundable deposit are required for this event. Deposits will be refunded with confirmed event attendance. Canoes, gloves, and trash bags will be provided.
Volunteers will receive a free T-shirt while supplies last. Click here to learn more and register to volunteer. Volunteers can choose from two routes; one begins in Noblesville and one in Fishers.
- Volunteers will be shuttled to the White River Canoe Company and then float back down to Conner Prairie.
- Canoe trip will last two to three hours.
- Wear sturdy shoes and expect to get messy.
- Minors younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Three person canoes are allowed for attendees with a minor 12 years of age and younger.
- There will be no charge/admission ticket required for the third person 12 years of age and younger, but a waiver will still need to signed for them during registration.
