Dear Editor:
As Election Day approaches, I urge everyone to head to the polls and vote – especially in our local school board race.
We have two remarkable candidates, Christi Crosser and Stephanie Lambert, who have dedicated the past four years to serving on the Noblesville School Board. Their outstanding commitment to our students, teachers, administration, and community is invaluable, and it is crucial that they continue their important work.
Their record speaks volumes about their leadership, marked by numerous accomplishments that have significantly benefited our schools.
I want to highlight one particularly noteworthy achievement: our NAMM Foundation designation as a “Best Community for Music Education.” Received all four years of their tenure. This honor reflects the emphasis our school board places on music education, thanks largely to the vocal and instrumental support of Lambert and Crosser. They have championed funding for music classes and teachers, ensured access to instruments for all students, and provided vital resources for participation in performances and competitions.
As parents of Noblesville students, they truly understand what our children need to succeed and receive a world-class education. They voted in favor of essential construction and renovation projects at the high school, recognizing the need for additional classrooms and improved facilities for career education, as well as the growing demand for extracurricular activities. Their commitment also addresses the much-needed space for over 1,200 music students at Noblesville High School who have long outgrown their current facilities.
This level of support is what earns us recognition as a “Best Community for Music Education.”
Crosser and Lambert know how to effectively support our students and teachers. They understand that a vibrant music program enriches our entire school and community. By electing them, we can ensure that all children receive the support and world-class education they deserve.
