Racing for better health: celebrate 20 years of HOPE

Celebrate 20 years of HOPE Family Care Center with a 5K Run/Walk through Hamilton Heights’ cross country course in Arcadia.

The run/walk is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, which check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. The cost is $35; the price will increase after Friday Sept. 20. Proceeds will benefit HOPE. Sign up now at tinyurl.com/HOPECtrWalk2024. All ages are welcome. Strollers are allowed, but children not in strollers will need to be registered.

Registrants will receive a T-shirt and be timed during the race. Awards will be provided to the top finishers. Please note that no pets will be allowed due the race taking place on school grounds.

After HOPE’s 5K Run/Walk event, please celebrate HOPE’s 20th Anniversary at the 1 p.m. open house at its new location, 509 N. Peru St., Cicero.
