Quitona Marcelle Tharp, 83, Fishers, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on December 5, 1939, to Johnnie Belle Reece in Itawamba County, Miss. She was the younger sister of her beloved brother, Ira Burdine.
