Purdue Extension and Hamilton County 4-H are launching a new youth and family program called 4-H GOLD – Go Outside. Learn. Discover. This “at home” program encourages youth and families to get outside, unplug, and experience hands-on learning. 4-H GOLD is a series of self-paced educational activities designed for grades 3 through 6. The program is available at no cost and materials will be provided for participating families. The deadline to register is June 3.
Topics will include basic activities in forestry, weather, star gazing, bicycle skills challenge, floriculture, geocaching, outdoor cooking and more.
