State Senator Victoria Spartz (R-Noblesville) and members of the Interim Study Committee on Public Health, Behavioral Health, and Human Services will meet at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 4, in the Senate Chamber to discuss the factors contributing to growing health care costs in Indiana.
