PrimeLife Enrichment (PLE), Carmel’s premier center for senior programs and activities, is now offering online fitness classes for people of all ages while the facility remains closed due to the COVID-19 health crisis.
Anyone who has an Enhanced membership at Prime Life can access these online classes. PLE will send the available class list and online links in a daily email. Enhanced members who previously opted out of email will need to email PLE at pleseniorcenter@gmail.com to provide their email address if they wish to receive the daily schedule.
Anyone who is not an enhanced PLE member can email the agency at the same address for information on how to become a member or arrange to virtually drop-in and pay a drop-in fee for the online classes of $10 per class.
