Beginning on or after Monday, Jan. 13, Pleasant Street will be closed to thru traffic between 13th and 16th streets. The closure will last until Phase 2 is complete in early 2026. The closure is necessary to reconstruct and widen Pleasant Street to four lanes and includes replacement of the bridge over Wilson Drain.
