Trilogy Health Services to enhance senior living services in Noblesville
Trilogy Health Services has announced an investment to expand senior living services at Prairie Lakes Health Campus located in Noblesville.
The investment aims to address the growing demand for senior living accommodations and services. It is part of a bigger investment the company is making across the Midwest to senior living and assisted living services in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio.
As part of the Noblesville expansion, Trilogy will add 34 new patio homes to Prairie Lakes Health Campus, which is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2025. The campus is located off Cumberland Road just south of 146th Street.
“Adding these patio homes brings a new level of comfort and independence to our community,” Prairie Lakes Health Campus Executive Director Holly Snyder said. “They not only enrich our community but also cater to those who value both privacy and supportive care. It’s a significant step forward in our dedication to improving lives and offering exceptional living experiences.”
In the past five years, the Prairie Lakes Health Campus has maintained a 95.2 percent occupancy rate, underscoring the increasing demand for senior living facilities and services

In addition to the investment of Prairie Lakes Health Campus, Trilogy is also set to break ground on the following expansions in Indiana:
- Mooresville: Trilogy will construct a second-story addition at The Springs at Mooresville, adding 32 new assisted living units. The expansion is projected to begin in September 2024.
- Greenfield: Trilogy will add 14 patio homes to Springhurst Health Campus. The expansion is scheduled to begin in October 2024.
