On Thursday, two arrests were made regarding a Jan. 21 arson in Arcadia.
Messer
Jackson Township Fire Department-Investigations Division, with assistance from the Arcadia Police Department and the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office, arrested Corbin Lee Messer of Arcadia and an unidentified juvenile. Both suspects are charged with several felonies related to the crime.
Messer is currently detained at the Hamilton County jail with a $150,000 bond. The other suspect is currently detained at the Hamilton County Juvenile Services Center.
