Phi Beta Psi Sorority and the Cicero Legion Riders will soon host another motorcycle ride for Saving 2nd Base, a charity raising money for cancer research.

Cancer research is the vital ingredient in the fight against this disease that affects so many people’s lives. Countless folks in the community can testify to the benefits of this kind of research. Phi Beta Psi’s national project is giving yearly grants to physicians and scientists who are diligently working on research to fight cancer.

Come join the ride on Saturday morning, Aug. 19 at the Cicero American Legion Post 341, 50 Washington St., Cicero. Registration and breakfast will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. The cost is $20 per rider. There will also be a 50/50 raffle, two $100 gift cards, and bucket raffles.

Ride for a great cause, bring a friend, and meet some new ones.
