Effective on or after Wednesday, Sept. 5, between midnight and 5 a.m., the ramp to southbound Keystone Parkway from U.S. 31 will be closed. A marked detour will be in place that will route traffic onto southbound Range Line Road, to eastbound Smokey Row Road, then back to southbound Keystone Parkway.
The second closure will be on or after Thursday, Sept. 6, between midnight and 5 a.m. for northbound Keystone Parkway at the Lowes Way ramp. A marked detour will route traffic onto northbound Lowes Way, to westbound 146th Street, to the northbound ramp onto U.S. 31. Message boards will be going up this week.
