On Nov. 27, HGTV aired a one-hour special with Ben & Erin Napier returning to Wetumpka, Ala., to find out how much the Home Town Takeover show impacted that town’s residents and those in their surrounding areas. The special, named Home Town Takeover – Where Are They Now?, also included pictures of improvements from other towns that didn’t make the cut but were inspired by the show. Northern Hamilton County’s very own Arcadia was one of the towns who had its pictures featured in the small segment of the show.
