OneZone Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Wheeler Coaching Systems to offer the Small Business Roundtables – a unique avenue for Chamber members and small business owners to improve their leadership skills. Wheeler Coaching Systems is a Fishers-based business that works to help people develop into the best leader possible.
In an effort to enhance leadership skills and provide an opportunity to collaborate with other small business owners on challenges and opportunities in similar fields, the Small Business Roundtables is seeking 40 small business owners who are OneZone members. Half of the registered businesses will join the Carmel roundtables and half will join the Fishers roundtables dependent on their business location.
Randy Wheeler, Wheeler Coaching Systems owner, will lead the roundtables.

“Leadership is crucial for the success of any business,” Wheeler said. “I am excited to come alongside small business leaders to help them grow their leadership skills and learn from one another in a community of like-minded professionals. I look forward to creating an environment where participants can learn and interact on how to overcome common challenges and explore new opportunities through developing their leadership.”
The Fishers Small Business Roundtable will meet from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. the first Wednesday of the month at Fishers City Hall, 1 Municipal Drive, starting Wednesday, Nov. 3, and the Carmel Small Businesses will meet from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on the second Wednesday of the month at Carmel City Hall, 1 Civic Square, starting Wednesday, Nov. 10. Meetings are scheduled through January. The roundtables are free, but they are only available to OneZone Chamber of Commerce members.
