Under the leadership of President & CEO Jack Russell, OneZone Chamber has been redefining its mission and vision to better serve Hamilton County’s business community. This comprehensive update reflects months of strategic planning and innovation designed to position OneZone as the place to do business in the Hamilton County. Key highlights include:
A new logo
The refreshed design symbolizes OneZone’s commitment to connectivity, growth, and inclusivity.
New & enhanced programming
OneZone Chamber is launching a series of new and improved programs to provide members with valuable networking and professional development opportunities. These include:
- Morning Masterclass: Engaging morning sessions featuring expert-led workshops on timely business topics.
- Coffee & Connections: Casual networking meetups to help members build relationships over coffee.
- Signature Luncheons: Elevated luncheons featuring dynamic speakers and valuable insights for the business community.
- Full-Day Events: OneZone Women’s Network Summit – a full-day summit designed to empower and connect women in business; and OneZone Growth Summit – tailored to small businesses, this event offers insights, resources, and strategies for growth.

OneZone Leadership Institute
In partnership with Ball State University, this quarterly program offers real-world education from Ball State professors on key areas such as customer service, employee engagement, innovation and problem-solving, and the Applied Magic Program.

OneZone is introducing new membership levels and redefining the traditional chamber model with a focus on key values that define the organization: Visionary, Influence, Impact, Lead, Engage, and Connect+.
- Chairman’s Circle: A new elite membership level offering exclusive access, strategic influence, and premium benefits for top-tier investors.
- Connect Membership: Available for nonprofits with 25 or fewer full-time employees that serve Hamilton County, this tier ensures broader inclusivity and support for community organizations.
