Effective on or after Friday, April 17, E. 191st Street between Promise Road and Mallery Road will be closed through the Surveyor’s Office for drainage improvements. These improvements are expected to last no longer than one week, opening back up to all traffic by Friday, April 24. The detour route will be Promise Road, 181st Street and Mallery Road.
