On Thursday and Friday, the Cicero Friends of the Park invite you to come out for a little haunted fun at Red Bridge Park. During a year when many people are reasonably worried about their kids trick-or-treating, Cicero is offering some safe Halloween fun for the whole family.
This outdoor event has two versions available for you on both Thursday and Friday. From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. there will be a kid-friendly haunted trail and from 6:45 to 9 p.m. things get far more frightening. One volunteer told The Reporter it will be a real toe-curler! Think of it as a haunted house without the house.
The trail will be divided into themed sections for your Halloween enjoyment.
There will be candy, games, concessions and a photo booth.
While there is no cost, the Friends of the Park are accepting free will donations with all proceeds benefiting Cicero Parks.
Please park at Red Bridge Park. Organizers ask that you do not park along Morse Landing Drive.
