Celebrate Oktoberfest in Carmel from 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 1 with food, drinks, games and live music entertainment featuring Der Polkatz. The event is free and open to all ages. During the event, many of the Carmel City Center Shops will be open for visitors to shop and browse while walking around the Center.
Along with live music, Oktoberfest will include:
- Food and beverages from area restaurants (The Cake Bake Shop, Matt the Miller’s Tavern/Tucci’s, Le Peep, Hotel Carmichael and Manelé Café)
- Outdoor game zone
- Airbrush tattoos for kids
- Giveaways
Der Polkatz, a 13-piece band that plays a variety of music from polka and waltz to classic hits and world music, will perform on the upper plaza of Carmel City Center beginning at 7 p.m. along Veteran’s Way. Guests are encouraged to enjoy food, entertainment and fall fun with City Center and Carter Green serving as a scenic background.
Oktoberfest is sponsored by the City of Carmel, Carmel City Center and Pedcor.
Carmel City Center is located at the southwest corner of City Center Drive and Range Line Road on the Plaza level along Veterans Way and Hanover Court. Parking is available along the street and in the Veterans Way Garage.
