Noblesville’s own Travis Park awarded in national poetry contest

Noblesville poet Travis Park has been awarded both second- and third-place honors at the prestigious 2024 annual National Federation of State Poetry Societies (NFSPS) contest.

Park earned the distinction of being the only Hoosier to place in this year’s competition. The NFSPS contest, renowned for celebrating poetic excellence, attracted entries from across the United States.

All winning poems, including Park’s award-winning pieces, are available in the anthology book Encore: Prize Poems 2024, which can be purchased on Amazon.
